Deliver and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order. We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control.


We offer express delivery to all our clients in Greece by DHL.

We are pleased to cover all import taxes and duties on orders to the EUShould you ever receive a demand for payment of such taxes or duties from either our shipper or from any customs authorities, please contact us immediately, since you are not required to pay these.

Shipments to destinations outside of Greece may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary depending on your location. We are pleased to cover all taxes and duties on orders going to the EU. Regrettably, we are unable to cover taxes and duties for orders outside of these regions, and these will be your responsibility to pay. Please contact our Clients Team on for more country-specific customs charge information.

For orders outside of  Grece, clearance and customs procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. In such cases, it is very difficult for us to speed up the process, as they are controlled by the customs department in the importing country. Orders are held and checked at random, meaning delivery timings are taken out of our control.


In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. Regrettably any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused or issued with a credit. 

All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on earrings, according to best practice hygiene standards.

Please email our Clients Team prior to returning your goods on We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer.

We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns, and would advise that you ship your items using a tracked service. When sending your return, please include the text “return shipment to origin” on the outside of the parcel to ensure the goods are not held in customs. 


We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
